Can you say Wahoo!
Report Date: November 10, 2004
Well lets see if we can get back to the rite dates or closer. We have had a lot of different things go on the last couple of weeks a little crazy, but that just makes it that much more fun!
Well I will start this report out
with the Snook fishing since that is what we have been doing the most of. We only got a couple of days of fishing in this week in Tampa Bay. The days that we did get a chance to fish we did real good. . Each day we fished we managed to catch a number of Snook. The Snook are starting to get a little bigger and with the number of fish you can catch a few big fish. Even a few big ones that you can?t even stop but that how they got that big. The Snook of the week was a 28 inch Snook.
Then we have the Red fish, the fishing has been a little
slower then the last couple of weeks but that is because of how good the Snook bite has been. Just about each trip we have been able to catch a few real nice Red fish. The Red fish of the week was a 25 inch Red fish.
Then we have the trip to the Bahamas. Man oh man did we had a lot of fun. This is the trip that we won for fishing the Fishing Challenge fishing Tournament. This is a TV tournament that
we fished about 2 months ago. Well we had a chance to win a trip to Venezuela. . Well let me start by telling you the trip was awesome. It is very pretty in Bimini. We managed to catch some really nice Wahoo. The fish that we caught really out did the fish that the other team caught but unfortunately the other team got us by points. The fish that we caught started with a 40 lb Wahoo then one 52 lbs another 30 lbs and last but not least the 56 lb fish that put up a great fight. Most of the fish that the other team caught were Snapper and since they caught so many snapper they beat us by points.. I think we had a lot better fish all
together. Well you will get a chance to see it. I will let you know when it will play on channel 47. As you can see in the pictures these were great fish.
