Frequesntly Asked Questions About Charter Fishing in Tampa Bay

What do I need to bring? |
|
Drinks, anything that will hydrate you, water, gatorade, etc,
sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, and any food you want. |

What do I provide? |
|
Fishing license, Crowder rods, Daiwa reels, and bait. |
|
What kind of tackle will we fish with? |
|
For Tarpon and Shark we use 8 ft crowder15-30 weight rod with
a Daiwa spinning real fishing with 25-30 lb test fishing line.
For the Snook, Redfish, etc. we use 8 ft Crowder 8-20 weight rod with a Daiwa spinning real fishing with 8-12 lb test fishing line. |

What kind of bait will we be using? |
|
Shiners, Thread fins, and Pinfish |
|
How many people can we bring? |
|
You can bring up to 5 people, but if you would like to bring
more I can set up more than one boat to accommodate you. |
|
How old do you have to be? |
|
Just old enough to hold a fishing rod |
|
How big is your boat? |
|
I have a 24 ft Skeeter Boat personally designed to enhance
fishing capabilities. |
|
How long is a half day and full day? |
|
Half day is 4 hrs, full day is 7-8 hrs. |

Can we bring our own tackle? |
|
You are welcome to bring any tackle you wish |
|
How long have you been fishing? |
|
I grew up on the Braden River, so I have fished my entire
life, I have been a full time guide since 2000. |
