Rain Rain Go Away--Fish On Tampa Bay!

Report Date: August 15, 2015

The bite in Tampa Bay has been great despite all the rain we have had. The water temperature did decrease as a result of the amount of rain we received, but it helped turn the bite on. We have definitely been able to catch snook, redfish, and trout on the flats without a problem.

On the other hand, the tarpon bite has been a little tougher because it has been so windy and the bait has been smaller than usual.

The wind should settle down and the bait will grow so the tarpon bite should turn around. Please visit castawaychartersinc.com and book your trip today.
