Where Is Spring Fishing Tampa Bay!

Report Date: February 15, 2015

A cold blast swept thought Tampa Bay, but it didn’t slow the bite down. It just made it a little more challenging to catch fish. One to the biggest factors in getting the fish to bite this time of year is the water temperature. The water temperature needs to be above 60 degrees for the fish to bite live bait. When the water temperature stays below 60 degrees, the fish like shrimp or lures. Regardless of the type of bait we’ve been using, we’ve been successful in getting a good bite going lately.
