Its getting better!

Report Date: March 29, 2005

Well it just keeps getting better! The fishing has been great. All of the fishing that we have been doing has been back water fishing for Snook, Red fish, Trout, and

Flounder. We have had a lot of really nice fish this past week.

I will start with the Flounder fishing which has still been better first thing in the morning on some of the cooler days. Most of the Flounder we have been catching have been keepers which means that the fish are over 12 inches. The Flounder of the week was a 24 inch fish.

Then we have the Snook fishing which has been great. We have had a lot of real nice fish this past week. We started the week off with a pair of real nice Snook. Both of these fish were 30 inches or a little better. These fish managed to hold the Snook of the week spot. The guys thought someone would out fish them but they kept the top spot with these great Snook

Then we have the Red fish. This time of the year most days you can find Red fish in a good number but you might have to work for the bite until you get then Red fish into a frenzy. Most of the Red fish that have been caught have been slot limit fish which means that the fish are

18-28 inches. We did manage to catch a few real nice Red fish this past week on two different days that were e 30 ? inches which made these fish the Reds of the week.
